Shipping & Refund Policies

Contact & About us We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or
the USA, place your order and your credit card company will convert the
transaction to your own currency. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
You may send your credit card information safely over the Internet. You can
also fax us your credit/debit card details on +44 (0)7739 714 787. Please note
the charge will appear on your statement as Abbeysaurus.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order
to you in 2-4 working days. Most orders will be recieved within 7- 10 working days
(10 - 15 working days for international orders). Some name frames may take longer.
But please allow up to 28 days, for rare postal delays beyond our control.

Postage Cost

We keep our postage charges to a minimum, and they start at £1.75,
you can order several personalised items for one £2.50 delivery charge,
International postage starts at £4.50.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your product, but in the event that you need to make a return please contact us via email at Email @ Abbeysaurus.co.uk and we will arrange the return for you. Please book this within 14 days of receipt of the product (unless for faulty goods)and return in the original packaging. Sorry but personalised items can only be returned if Faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights.
